About Me
I’m Georgina Davies, a registered member of the BACP (MBACP) and a qualified counsellor offering online therapy for adults. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted as you are.
I work in a warm, collaborative way, taking time to understand your experiences within the context of your relationships, upbringing, and life story. I’m particularly interested in how early relationships and past experiences can shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we navigate adult life.
I hold a degree in Therapeutic Psychology and a Diploma in Counselling, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I work ethically in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and engage in regular clinical supervision.
I work with adults who may be experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety, low self-esteem, or a sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Many clients come to therapy wanting to understand patterns that repeat in their lives or to develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with the person you choose to work with. You’re welcome to get in touch to ask any questions or to arrange an initial session to see whether working together feels right for you.
