Contact
Taking the first step can be difficult, and it’s important that you feel comfortable reaching out.
If you’re considering therapy and would like to ask a question or arrange an initial session, please feel free to contact me. There’s no obligation to commit - the first contact is simply an opportunity to see whether working together feels right for you.
I am to respond to enquires within 24-48 hours, during weekday working hours.
How to get in touch
Email:
georgina.davies123@outlook.com
Alternatively, you can use the contact form below. You are welcome to briefly share what brings you to therapy, or simply let me know that you would like more information.
You don’t need to know what to say - a few words is enough.
Practical information
Sessions: Online therapy (via a secure video platform)
Client group: Adults (18+)
All enquiries are treated confidentially and in line with the BACP Ethical Framework.
What happens next
After you get in touch, I’ll reply by email to answer any questions and, if appropriate, offer an initial session. The first session gives us space to explore what you’re looking for and to see whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
Important note
I am unable to offer crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or call 999. You can also contact Samaritans on 116 123.
